You accept these general terms and conditions by placing an order with KUKKA™
 
Offer and contract conclusion:
You can order our products easily directly from www.kukka.co.uk online shop (operated by third party www.ekmpowershop15.com) or by sending us an email or fax with a written purchase order. Please indicate with your order the item´s name, size, colour and the requested piece number per item.
Furthermore, please indicate your correct delivery address, your complete name and the requested delivery address, your phone number and email address in case of further queries.
After receipt of your order, you will receive by return a confirmation of order per email/fax.
If a product you ordered is not available in stock or from some reason not in production, we will notify you immediately
 
Pricing:
All prices on this website are listed in GBP, EURO, JPY  inclusive VAT. Prices are subject to change and update by KUKKA™.
On conclusion of the contract, the current price shall apply. A later price change has no influence on the present contract between KUKKA™ and contractual partner.
Oral information and consents, prospectus and sales promotion, regardless of which type they are, especially details of: descriptions, figures, drawings, samples, quality and quantity, consistency, service and usability are subject to confirmation, provided that they are not exclusively signified as mandatory. They do not represent any warranty, however named. Small discrepancies from the product details are considered as approved, provided that they are not unreasonable for the contractual partner.

Delay:
Delayed delivery due to an Act of God, sovereign duties, natural disasters, riots, warfare, especially traffic blocks, strikes in own enterprises, sub-contractors or transporters or due to other circumstances, Client will be informed about the delay by email.

Risk transfer:
The risk of loss and damage to products resulting from an accident passes to the purchaser/business man when the goods are handed over to him, or in case of shipment, when the goods are handed over to the carrier or any transport company.
On the contrary, the risk of loss and damage to products resulting from an accident passes to the purchaser/consumer, also in case of shipment, not until the goods are handed over directly to him.
 
 
Return policies:
You are entitled to withdraw the contract. Then you will receive your payment by return. For keeping the deadline, the withdrawal should be sent by letter or email (until 14 days after receipt of order) or the products have to be returned (until 14 days after receipt of products). The deadline starts when the goods are received by the addressee or in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods when the first part-delivery is received or in case of services on the day of the conclusion of the contract. Soiled and damaged goods are excluded from this right. In case of damaged goods an equivalent compensation can be demanded. Parcels have to be returned. The costs for the re consignment will be taken over by the seller. The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of contracts regarding delivery of goods which have been produced as per customer’s specification, namely as a custom made product.
